  • Charts, strategies, or frameworks

  • Community discussions

All content is protected intellectual property and remains the exclusive property of MMM Academy LLC.

4. Earnings & Risk Disclaimer

You understand and agree that:

  • Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of all capital

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

  • MMM Academy does not guarantee income, profits, or performance

5. Payment, Billing & Subscription Terms

If enrolling in a paid program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current payment information

  • Authorize MMM Academy or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method

  • Pay all applicable installment, recurring, or subscription fees

Subscriptions or payment plans may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

All course content, videos, text, graphics, strategies, frameworks, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of MMM Academy LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content

  • Record or screenshot sessions

  • Distribute or republish materials

  • Teach or resell any content

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

7. Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials

  • Disrupt live sessions or community interactions

  • Post misleading, abusive, or unlawful content

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Misuse or redistribute educational material

8. Refund Policy
